Sales Representative

Rotating weekly shifts: * Mon-Wed: 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, or 11am-8pm * Thu-Fri: 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm * Weekend rotation: every fifth week, Sat-Sun 8am-6pm Responsibilities * Follow up with prospects who have inquired about membership and guide them through the decision * Present and sell memberships with genuine knowledge of the club and its offerings * Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new members * Reach prospects through multiple channels — phone, email, and in-person * Hit agreed-upon sales targets and contribute to team goals * Collaborate with fellow sales and department teammates to deliver a seamless member experience * Resolve member concerns quickly and professionally * Keep management informed on prospect feedback, trends, and opportunities * Stay sharp on best practices, promotions, and competitive landscape * Support front desk operations as needed — check-ins, calls, and transactions * Keep all paperwork and files accurate and up to date
