CNC Machine Operator

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, confident working with tight tolerances, and skilled in operating 3- to 5-axis CNC machines. You will be responsible for setting up, programming, and producing components according to precise specifications.Responsibilities* Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or routers).* Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.* Select and install tools, fixtures, and materials.* Conduct in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, and CMM (Zeiss or equivalent).* Maintain tolerances to within ±0.0005" (as required).* Perform basic machine programming or editing (G/M code or CAM software).* Collaborate with engineers and quality control to refine processes.* Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.Qualifications* 3+ years of CNC machining experience (aerospace/medical a plus).* Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and workholding.* Experience with CNC controls (e.g., FANUC, Haas, Siemens).* Familiarity with Zeiss CMM or similar metrology equipment.* Ability to work independently and as part of a precision-driven team.* High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.* Ability to read and speak English fluently.Bonus Skills (Preferred, Not Required)* Experience with laser engraving systems.* Rapid prototyping or small-batch production background.* CAD/CAM experience (e.g., Fusion 360, Mastercam).To Apply:Send your resume and any certifications to: careers@owlkrown.com
