Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals to client specifications. Lead and support kitchen staff during service. Assist with batch cooking, made-to-order items, and station management. Ensure food safety, sanitation, and quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. Qualifications Previous culinary experience required (leadership experience preferred). Knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation practices.
