Account Executive

Job Title: Account Executive Location: Remote / Field-Based (Travel within assigned territory) Reports To: Vice President of Business Development Position Overview Phoenix Ortho Injury Spine & Extremity is seeking a dynamic, self-driven Account Executive to expand our network of referral partners and strengthen our presence across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will bring an existing network of relationships within the personal injury and healthcare communities, along with a proven ability to build new partnerships that drive patient growth. This role is remote but field-based, requiring frequent in-person visits to clinics, chiropractors, and professional offices. The Account Executive will serve as a key ambassador for Phoenix Ortho Injury—educating partners on our orthopedic and interventional pain services, ensuring smooth communication, and representing our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities Leverage existing relationships with chiropractors, healthcare offices, and professional partners to generate patient referrals. Conduct daily drop-ins and scheduled visits to build brand visibility and strengthen referral pipelines within assigned territories. Educate chiropractic clinics, healthcare partners, and law firm contacts on Phoenix Ortho Injury’s services so they can confidently refer patients who need orthopedic or interventional pain care. Collaborate with the Case Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for referred patients and partner offices. Represent Phoenix Ortho Injury at networking events, medical conferences, and community outreach opportunities. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, leads, and referral activity in HubSpot (or similar CRM). Manage personal mileage, expense reports, and budgets in a timely and compliant manner. Demonstrate accountability through consistent communication, professional follow-up, and achievement of monthly and quarterly performance targets. Operate independently in the field, managing time and territory with minimal oversight while staying aligned with company goals. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or marketing within the medical or personal injury sectors. Proven success in building and maintaining professional relationships that drive referral-based business. Understanding of the personal injury space, including patient referral processes and the importance of timely, coordinated care. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage field activity and produce measurable results. Experience using HubSpot CRM (or similar platform) preferred. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%). Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate thrives in the field—confident walking into a new clinic, chiropractor’s office, or professional setting and turning introductions into partnerships.
