Maintenance Supervisor

Ag Processing Inc (AGP) is hiring for a maintenance supervisor in Eagle Grove, IA! In this role you will be responsible for supervising the work of our maintenance staff to keep the machines, equipment and facility running efficiently. This position oversees the maintenance needs for the soy crush plant.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily activities of the maintenance crewSchedule and assigning workPlan and direct employee workflowCheck work for accuracy and resolve work problemsMaintain inventory by monitoring supply levels and what is needed for maintenanceOrganize materials in the maintenance department on an as neededPurchase needed items as directedAssist maintenance crew as neededUse our accounting and project proceduresDevelop and manage assigned projectsGenerate and review contracts, preventive maintenance records and other records to ensure all work orders have been completedEnforce company policies and proceduresAttend community and company meetingsAg Processing Inc.
