Job Description Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our well-established outpatient primary care practice located in Liverpool, NY.You will be joining a collaborative team of over 15 Primary Care Providers dedicated to delivering care to a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors. Our practice prioritizes patient care, supported by robust system resources and comprehensive ancillary services. Taft Rd., Liverpool, NY 13088, our outpatient primary care facility provides:Thorough care for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patientsManagement of acute illnesses, injuries, and chronic health conditionsPreventive services, including vaccinations and cancer screeningsWomen's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and Pap smearsA collaborative, team-oriented clinical atmosphereKEY HIGHLIGHTS:Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PMShared rotational call among physicians with an innovative first-call support systemA physician-governed organization with a physician-led Joint Operating CommitteeSupport for physicians interested in education and mentorshipUtilization of the EPIC EMR systemModern, fully equipped office suites with complimentary on-site parkingOn-site imaging, blood draws, and OB point-of-care testing availableREQUIREMENTS:New York State medical licensure and DEA certificationBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Family MedicineOpen to both seasoned physicians and recent graduatesRECRUITMENT PACKAGE:Our organization offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:Base Salary Range: $225,000 to $242,000 (plus eligibility for productivity and quality bonus incentives)The stated salary represents the initial range of total compensation and does not encompass productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation applicable to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with state law and may vary based on the factors mentioned.Starting Bonus:$50,000, paid as a one-time amount in the first payroll month following the start of employmentRetention Bonus:$25,000, paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary$25,000, paid in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversaryResident Stipend: $2,500 per monthMedical, vision, and dental insurancePaid malpractice coverage with post-employment tail coverageCME time and an annual expense allowance of $4,500Generous Paid Time OffLoan Repayment: Our institution qualifies as an eligible employer for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program
