Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach The Varsity Girls Soccer Head Coach leads all aspects of the program, with a focus on developing competitive teams, fostering student-athlete character, and ensuring compliance with California Interscholastic Federations regulations. Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership - Oversee all program levels Coaching & Development - Design and implement daily practice plans and game strategies that focus on skill development Administration & Compliance: Adhere to school, district, and CIF/Section guidelines Communication: Maintain professional relationship with administrators, parents, and student-athletes Requirements / Qualifications: CIF Certification CPR/First Aid Certification Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume TB Screening Result Required Documents due at time of hire, not needed to apply.
