The CEO will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organization, with a focus on enrollment strategy, finance, human resources, admissions, marketing, team leadership, strategic planning, and culture. This role requires a seasoned, people-centered executive with a proven track record in scaling multi-site operations, particularly in education, early childhood, healthcare, hospitality, or other people-intensive service sectors. The successful candidate will be a strategic, execution-oriented, and people-centered leader, capable of guiding the organization through continued innovation and growth while preserving its values and commitment to educational excellence.Key responsibilities for the CEO include developing and executing a multi-year strategic plan, building and strengthening the organizational infrastructure, and ensuring that all educational programs align with the company's developmental framework. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years' of senior leadership experience, a strong background in P&L management, and a demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They should be a visionary thinker, exceptional communicator, and adept at crisis management. A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach, along with the ability to foster a collaborative, mission-driven culture, is essential.
