The Associate Attorney will support the firm's litigation team by conducting legal research, providing legal advice, preparing legal documents, and assisting with labor and employment law matters. Responsibilities also include courtroom representation, taking depositions, and negotiating settlements under the guidance of senior partners.QualificationsStrong skills in Legal Research and the ability to prepare and analyze legal documentsDemonstrated ability to provide Legal Advice and sound judgment in case mattersEffective Negotiation skills to resolve legal disputes and secure favorable outcomesStrong written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the Oklahoma State BarAbility to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
