Launch Vehicle Integrator

We are seeking a Launch Vehicle Integrator to oversee integration of spacecraft with launch vehicles and support mission execution activities across the full lifecycle—from mission concept through launch readiness and deployment. Where You’ll Make an Impact Manage launch vehicle integration activities, customer engagement, and mission execution processes. Work with engineering, operations, and production teams to develop mission concepts and integration plans. Develop interface control documents (ICDs) and ensure interface compliance across partners. Coordinate mission timelines, readiness activities, and integration testing. Identify opportunities to improve integration processes and ensure safety and performance. What It Takes Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 8+ years of experience in spacecraft-to-launch vehicle integration, mission management, or space operations. Experience developing and managing ICDs and technical interfaces across organizations. Strong cross-functional communication and execution discipline. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Nice-to-Have Experience Experience supporting multiple missions in parallel. Experience with rideshare or hosted payload integration environments. Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
