Lead UI Developer

Grid Dynamics is looking for a skillful and experienced Lead Ui Engineer to work onsite from Phoenix, AZ. As a key UI Developer, you will be working in collaboration with worldwide industry experts. Essential functions Cross-Functional Collaboration: As the onsite lead, you may be expected to liaise with other teams (e.g., backend, QA, DevOps) to ensure smooth integration of frontend components. Client Interaction:You need to interact directly with clients or end-users to understand their needs and gather feedback. Team Presence: Being onsite, you’ll foster team culture, facilitate face-to-face meetings, and ensure that the team maintains a high level of collaboration and communication. Qualifications React.js: Extensive experience in developing complex applications using React, with a deep understanding of its core principles (e.g., component lifecycle, hooks, state management). Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API. Next.js: Proficient in Next.js for server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and routing. Experience with Next.js features like API routes, middleware, and deployment strategies. Performance Optimization: Expertise in optimizing React/Next.js applications for performance, including techniques like code-splitting, lazy loading, and server-side caching. Team Leadership: Proven experience leading a frontend team, providing guidance, and fostering a collaborative environment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work closely with backend developers, QEs, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery. Experience working in ECommerce vertical.
