The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for handling G-tubes, trachs, and vents as well as offering patient care support in a home setting. Daily tasks include monitoring patient health, preparing care plans, and providing education and guidance to patients and their families.QualificationsExpertise in Nursing and MedicineExperience in Home Care and Patient CareProficiency in Wound CareStrong interpersonal and communication skillsActive RN or LPN licensePrevious experience in a home health setting is a plusAbility to work independently and manage time efficiently
