Through video visits, our expert clinicianspsychiatric nurse practitioners and therapistsdeliver therapy and medication management right from the comfort of home.Role SummaryAs Senior Manager of our Associate Clinician Program, you will support and elevate the supervision function across the organizationsetting clinical quality standards, supporting and developing supervisors, and ensuring all supervision practices align with regulatory requirements and best practices. You'll partner cross-functionally to build scalable supervision frameworks, provide guidance on complex or high-risk cases, and drive consistency in documentation, training, and clinical decision-making. This role will ensure both supervisors and associate clinicians are supported, compliant, and equipped to deliver high-quality care.What You'll DoProgram DevelopmentDesign and improve supervision frameworks, tools, and workflowsStandardize documentation, expectations, and supervision processesPartner cross-functionally to integrate supervision into broader clinical operationsClinical Oversight & QualityDevelop, implement, and maintain consistent standards for clinical supervisionEnsure supervision practices align with ethical guidelines, licensing board requirements, and best practicesOversee and provide clinical support on complex or high-risk cases.Review and provide support for clinical interviews and their final scorecards.Conduct clinical interviews for associate clinicians and clinical supervisorsSupervisor Support & DevelopmentTrain, mentor, and support a team of clinical supervisorsProvide consultation and escalation support for challenging clinical situationsSupport the coordination of supervisors joining the team and/or transitioning from therapist to supervisor within the Mood TeamFacilitate ongoing professional development and calibration among supervisorsBe available for emergency and/or short term coverage for Supervision of associates.Compliance & Risk ManagementOffer training and oversight for Clinical Interviewers of Associates.Guarantee supervision aligns with all state and federal regulations.Collaborate with leadership to identify and address clinical risks.Provide effective coaching and support to both supervisors and clinicians.Support audit processes and maintain precise supervision records.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and Credentialing teamsCommunicate updates, expectations, and best practices to supervisors and cliniciansContribute to organizational initiatives that impact clinical care deliveryTherapy CaseloadMaintain a minimum caseload of 5 clients per weekWho You AreActive, unrestricted clinical LCSW license (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist)Meets BBS requirements for providing clinical supervision5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience2+ years experience supervising or mentoring cliniciansStrong knowledge of ethical standards, risk management, and clinical best practicesFamiliar with BBS Regulations regarding Associate and Supervisor requirementsPreferred QualificationsExperience in a leadership or program development roleFamiliarity with telehealth or remote care modelsStrong organizational, communication, and training skillsExperience implementing and coaching clinicians on performance improvement plansTechnical and technology skillsSuccess in This Role Looks LikeHigh-quality, consistent supervision across all teamsConfident, well-supported supervisors and cliniciansStrong compliance and reduced clinical riskContinuous improvement of supervision practicesCompensation$70 per encounter for client caseload$65-70 per hour for all clinical lead related duties - negotiable$40 per hour for all no shows, training rateWhy Join MoodBe part of a mission-driven company that's rewriting the playbook for mental healthcare.A collaborative, supportive culture where your work directly impacts lives every day.Growth opportunitiesdevelop customer-facing, communication, and sales skills in a fast-growing healthcare company.At MOOD, we believe great care starts with a great teamand great teams are diverse.
