Brand Ambassador
About the RoleKurtis Kitchen & Bath is one of Michigan’s most trusted names in kitchen and bath remodeling, and we’re growing. We’re looking for an outgoing, self-motivated Brand Ambassador who thrives in two worlds: building genuine connections with past customers in the field and engaging new prospects at our retail partner locations. This role covers our full Michigan service area — including Grand Rapids and Greater Southeast Michigan.This is a unique dual-focus role. Half your week you'll be in the community — visiting past customers, collecting reviews, generating referrals, and representing our brand neighborhood by neighborhood. The other half, you'll be the face of Kurtis Kitchen & Bath inside our retail partner locations, engaging shoppers and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Customer Follow-UpVisit past customers following completed installations to ensure satisfaction and collect verified online reviews (Google, Meta, Yelp, etc.)Generate referral leads through post-install neighborhood canvassing — introduce Kurtis to neighbors of recent project sitesConduct post-install quality walkthroughs and relay customer feedback to the operations teamTake professional before and after project photos and videos for use in marketing materialsAssist with addressing minor service concerns and escalate when neededRepresent the Kurtis brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride in every interactionRetail Partner Lead GenerationManage lead-generation activity at retail partner locations in your assigned territoryEngage shoppers with friendly, informative conversation about Kurtis Kitchen & Bath remodeling servicesQualify homeowner prospects and schedule free in-home consultations for our sales teamSet up, maintain, and take down branded displays and event materials at retail locationsBuild strong relationships with store associates and management to maximize in-store visibility and referralsMeet or exceed weekly appointment-setting goals and accurately log all leads into CRMParticipate in home shows, trade events, and special in-store promotional events as scheduledWhat We're Looking ForExperience in canvassing, lead generation, brand ambassador work, or customer-facing sales preferredWarm, outgoing, and confident engaging strangers in conversationSelf-motivated and comfortable managing your own time to hit weekly goalsDetail-oriented — accurate lead entry, photo documentation, and follow-through are essentialStrong organization and time management skills across multiple daily locationsComfortable with smartphones and basic CRM or lead-tracking appsValid Michigan driver’s license required; company vehicle provided.
