Learning & Development Sr. Manager - OperationsFlorenceNearest Major Market: CincinnatiThe Learning & Development (L&D) Manager Operations is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and administering comprehensive training and development programs across the exempt and non-exempt workforce within North American Contract Logistics. This role ensures non-exempt teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and certifications required to safely, efficiently, and consistently execute core distribution center functions.
