As Quality Program Manager for software-focused programs in the MDCS market, you lead the Quality team to ensure adherence to standards, contractual requirements, and customer expectations. You act as the single quality focal point, guiding Systems, Software, Supplier, and Production quality across the program lifecycle. You drive data-driven improvements, root-cause analyses, and corrective actions while coordinating with engineering, operations, and external customers. ResponsibilitiesLead the Quality Program Team across Systems, Software, Supplier, System Test, and Production Operations QualityImplement and manage the program's Quality plan ensuring compliance with standards and contractsServe as the single focal point for Quality & Mission Success (customer, program management, functions)Develop and manage the Quality financial scope and monitor quality performance dataPerform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions; raise issues to senior leadership as neededEnsure resources for Quality Engineering, Configuration Management QA, and audits are in place for surveillance and deliverablesCommunicate program and quality information to the Quality Program Team and with external customers (e.g., DCMA)Collaborate with Engineering, Technology, and Production Operations on process questions or changesProvide progress updates on Quality activities to support business rhythm
