As we expand nationally, we’re investing in passionate people who want to help us grow the next generation of this iconic Southern brand.ObjectiveThe Franchise Business Coach supports and advises franchisees to help drive strong operations, consistent execution, and profitable growth across the Shipley Do-Nuts system.This role partners closely with franchisees and internal teams to ensure brand standards are met, initiatives are executed, and each shop is set up for long-term success.What You’ll DoSupport Franchisee SuccessServe as the primary partner for a group of franchisees within an assigned territoryBuild strong relationships and provide hands-on coaching to improve performanceConduct regular shop visits and business reviews to support operational and financial resultsHelp franchisees identify opportunities and create action plans to drive improvementDrive Operations & Brand StandardsEnsure all shops consistently follow brand standards, SOPs, and food safety guidelinesSupport execution of the Shipley operating model across all locationsAddress operational challenges quickly and effectivelyPartner with franchise owners/operators to maintain a high-quality guest experienceExecute Programs & InitiativesSupport rollout and execution of new products, promotions, and operational programsEnsure franchisee participation in company initiatives and campaignsPartner with Marketing, Training, Supply Chain, and other teams to drive resultsHelp track progress and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively in the fieldPerformance & AccountabilityMonitor shop performance and key business metricsUse data to guide conversations and drive accountability with franchiseesSupport development and follow-through of action plansHelp ensure deadlines and commitments are metWhat We’re Looking ForStrong relationship builder who can coach, influence, and hold others accountableSolid understanding of restaurant operations and what drives profitabilityConfident communicator with the ability to work with a variety of personalitiesHighly organized and able to manage multiple locations and prioritiesProblem-solver with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindsetSelf-starter with a strong drive to deliver resultsReportingReports into Operations Leadership.Work EnvironmentField-based role with regular time spent in shops supporting franchisees.TravelFrequent travel required (up to 75%) within assigned territory.Experience3–5 years of restaurant, franchise, or multi-unit operations experienceQuick service or hospitality experience preferredExperience working with or supporting franchisees is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)BenefitsMedical, Dental, and VisionSupplemental Insurance options401(k)Paid Time Off (including 3 weeks vacation)
