Dance Instructor (Ballet/Tap/Jazz)

We are on the lookout for enthusiastic and skilled dance instructors to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in ballet, jazz, and tap, with the ability to teach young dancers aged 18 months to 7 years. You will be expected to deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire and motivate our young dancers to excel. Key Responsibilities: Lead engaging dance classes in ballet, jazz, and tap for children aged 18 months to 7 years. Create and implement choreography and activities that are both age-appropriate and skill-building. Cultivate a supportive and inclusive learning environment that nurtures creativity and growth. Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to help dancers improve their skills. Maintain clear communication with parents and guardians regarding student progress and upcoming performances or events. Ensure the safety and well-being of all students throughout classes. Work collaboratively with fellow instructors and staff to build a cohesive and thriving dance program. Qualifications: Proven experience in teaching young children, particularly in ballet, jazz, and tap. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A patient, creative, and passionate approach to working with children.
