VP of Operations (On-Site) — Manufacturing | CEO TrackCentral Long IslandThe Company is a well-established manufacturer entering a new phase of ownership and growth. We are seeking a hands-on VP of Operations to lead day-to-day performance and grow into a future CEO role.This is an opportunity for a high-impact operator who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving measurable results in a production environment.The RoleYou will take ownership of operations across production, supply chain, and fulfillment, with a clear mandate to enhance performance, introduce structure, and support scalable growth.You’ll work directly with ownership and have a defined path to General Manager / CEO based on performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all aspects of plant operations, including production, scheduling, and logistics Improve throughput, on-time delivery, and overall operational efficiency Establish clear metrics, KPIs, and operating cadence Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team Strengthen planning, inventory management, and cost control Implement practical systems and processes to support growth Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the operation Partner with ownership on strategy, hiring, and capital investments What We’re Looking ForProven operations leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments A hands-on leader who is comfortable spending time on the floor Track record of improving performance and building strong teams Strong business judgment and financial acumen Ability to bring structure and discipline without unnecessary complexity Ambition and capability to step into a CEO / GM role over time Based in or willing to relocate to the Central Long Island (on-site role) CompensationCompetitive base salary Performance-based bonus Meaningful equity participation aligned with long-term value creation Why This Position?Clear path to CEO leadership Opportunity to shape and scale a business at a pivotal moment Direct access to ownership and decision-making Ability to make a visible, lasting impact If you’re an operator who wants to build, lead, and ultimately run a business, we’d welcome a conversation. Apply via LinkedIn
