We are looking for individuals who are self-starters with excellent communication skills and a desire to thrive in a safe and supportive environment.ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutionsConduct presentations to educate potential customers about Aflac's products and servicesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients for ongoing business and referralsProvide exemplary customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retentionManage and follow up on leads to maximize sales opportunitiesCollaborate with team members to develop strategies for market expansionStay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offeringsRequirementsPrior sales experience a plus but not requiredMust be at least 18 years oldMust be authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorshipExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team membersStrong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindsetSelf-motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their financial security goalsAbility to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team environmentA valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one as required by state lawBachelor's degree or relevant professional experienceCompensation1st Year Representatives typically earn between $65,000-$95,000 annually, with bonuses starting Week 8 in the role, and recurring / long-term revenue beginning in Year 2. Aflac provides Telemedicine and Health Advocacy at no charge and other benefits at a discount. In addition, there are non-monetary perks such as paid trips and flexible work schedules.
