The Head of Enterprise Performance and Governance will lead discussions with a focus on addressing exceptions, driving outcomes, and enabling actionable solutions, and will collaborate with executive leaders to manage significant risks and performance gaps.Applicants for this role at the company should have extensive experience in leading enterprise-level performance initiatives within large-scale organizations. A proven track record in establishing and enforcing performance standards and governance models, as well as in designing early warning systems for risk detection, is essential. The ideal candidate will have the credibility and confidence to influence senior executives, exceptional communication skills, and a strong judgment with an enterprise-focused mindset.
