In this role, you will program and operate Hexagon Metrology CMMs using PC-DMIS to inspect high-precision medical implants and components. You will ensure all parts meet strict dimensional and documentation requirements consistent with FDA and ISO 13485 standards. Your work directly supports the quality, safety, and performance of products that improve patient lives.Shift Options2nd Shift: Four days per week, 10 hours per dayWeekend Shift: Friday through Sunday, 5:45 AM to 6:30 PMKey ResponsibilitiesProgram, operate, and optimize CMM inspection routines for medical implants and precision componentsInterpret engineering drawings, GD and T, and 3D CAD models to create accurate inspection plansPerform first article, in-process, and final inspections on titanium and stainless steel partsAnalyze measurement results, identify non-conformances, and recommend corrective actionsCollaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to improve processes and inspection efficiencyMaintain detailed inspection documentation to ensure full traceability and regulatory complianceSupport gage R and R studies, calibration work, and validation activitiesTrain and assist QC inspectors in CMM usage and inspection interpretationWhat You BringHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Metrology, or related field preferred5+ years of CMM programming experience in a regulated, high-precision environment (medical device, aerospace, defense, etc.)Strong proficiency in GD and T, blueprint reading, and 3D CAD interpretation (SolidWorks or equivalent)Hands-on experience with CMM software; PC-DMIS strongly preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamSolid understanding of quality standards and documentation requirements in regulated industriesBenefits Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k Bonus Relocation Telecommute Email Your Resume In Word ToTim.Mestrich@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
