The Rehab Tech will assist licensed therapists in providing high-quality care to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. This role is ideal for someone passionate about patient care and interested in growing within the healthcare field.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist physical, occupational, and/or speech therapists during treatment sessions Help patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility activities Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment Transport patients safely to and from therapy sessions Observe and report patient progress or concerns to therapy staff Maintain a clean, organized, and safe rehab environment Provide excellent customer service to patients and families QualificationsCNA license preferred High school diploma or equivalent required CPR/BLS certification (required or willingness to obtain) Prior experience in a rehab, healthcare, or patient care setting preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented Join the team at Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton for an exciting journey in your career path.
