Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented and motivated, with a passion for working in the landscape and a commitment to excellence. As a Fine Gardening Horticulturist, youll play a crucial role in providing horticulture and gardening services to upscale residential properties. Responsibilities Collaborate with 1-2 other team members to provide landscape maintenance services, including landscape bed care (weeding, deadheading), property cleanups, annual bedding and container planting and maintenance, and shrub trimming and pruning. Identify and determine when to apply herbicides/pesticides. Work in various weather conditions, including light rain, heat, cold, and snow. Incorporate safe work practices in job performance. Perform other duties as required. Qualifications Highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team. Basic plant identification knowledge. Ability to occasionally lift 50lbs. Willingness to work in any weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. Willingness to learn and grow within the horticulture and landscape industry. Valid driver's license. Compensation $17-$22/hour based on background & experience.
