Safety Manager

Job Title: Safety ManagerJob Location: Lafayette, CABase Salary: $100K-140KRequirements: 10+ years of heavy construction experience administering HSE Programs on site. Position Overview:The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing safety programs to ensure a safe work environment across all operational areas. This role focuses on compliance with safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures in accordance with OSHA standards and regulations.Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.Lead training programs for employees on safety practices and emergency response procedures.Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences.Collaborate with project managers to ensure safety compliance in civil construction, water, wastewater, and underground utilities projects.Monitor safety performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies regarding safety compliance issues.Qualifications:Minimum of 10 years of experience in safety management, preferably in civil construction or related industries.Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.Proficient in HSE regulations and OSHA 30-hour certification required.Experience in managing safety in water, wastewater, and underground utilities projects is highly desirable.Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.BenefitsMedical VisionDental 401(k)BonusAnd More!  Email Your Resume In Word ToCharlie.Payne@CyberCoders.comLooking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
