Drive Test Engineer Telecom

*Key Responsibilities*

• Conduct drive testing to evaluate wireless network coverage, signal strength, call quality, and data performance.
• Collect and analyze RF and network performance measurements in designated geographical areas.
• Perform voice, data, handover, and mobility testing across cellular networks.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, including coverage gaps, dropped calls, call setup failures, and poor data throughput.
• Use drive test tools and software to collect, process, and analyze network data.
• Prepare detailed drive test reports and document network performance issues.
• Support RF engineers and optimization teams in identifying and resolving network performance problems.
• Perform post-processing and analysis of drive test logs.
• Verify network performance after optimization activities or site upgrades.
• Follow project schedules, testing procedures, and safety requirements while conducting field tests.

*Computer Skills:* Basic computer knowledge, including connecting to Wi-Fi, sending and receiving emails, using Microsoft Word and Excel, managing files and documents, and performing other general computer-related tasks.
