Hematology Oncology Physician Opportunity in Michigan City, INBC/BE Hematology Oncology PhysicianFull-Time PositionA leading multidisciplinary cancer center in Michigan City, Indiana is seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology Oncology physician. This is a great opportunity to join an experienced local team and contribute to the continued growth of oncology services in the region.Highlights: Monday - Friday schedule with 36 patient contact hours/week Potential for a 4.5-day work week Shared call: 1:3 (weekdays, weekends, holidays) Outpatient volume: patients/day Support from on-site infusion center, radiation oncology (Trilogy & TruBeam), neurosurgery, pharmacy, physicist, nurse navigators, social worker, and research staff Monthly tumor board and palliative care NP supportIdeal Candidate: Experienced in both Hematology and Oncology Strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits: Competitive salary with bonus incentives Recruitment incentives including relocation assistance Paid malpractice 27 days PTO + 5 CME days with stipend Full health and retirement benefits Leadership development opportunities
