Old Infor is on mainframe, they need to keep the lights on to make sure that they can identify COBOL / DB2 / JCL • More testing than Dev (set up components and execute the test) • Communicate to the payroll & dev teams (payroll and benefits knowledge is really nice to have) • Define who is modifying components, take the old component and split it into two etc.Required Skills: JCL, COBOL, DB2Basic Qualification: 7-12 years of experience is target range. Experience with payroll migration from mainframe to SAP is a big plus.
