Corporate Law Junior Associate

Gravel & Shea PC, a prominent law firm in downtown Burlington, Vermont, is seeking a highly motivated junior corporate law associate with 1-3 years of experience. The successful candidate must have outstanding academic credentials and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Intellectual curiosity, a commitment to excellent client service, and a self-starting work ethic are a requirement for this position. Our corporate department is comprised of accomplished attorneys who have a broad range of experience. The junior associate is expected to support and gain experience in corporate law including: entity formation, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions and other commercial transactions.
