Overview
In this role you will advance the Digital Transformation roadmap by developing and integrating state-of-the-art Computational Electromagnetics (CEM) tools. You will help design, test, and optimize high‑performance CEM solvers and contribute across the development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable scalable, robust software in HPC environments. The position offers impact through shaping next‑gen electromagnetics capabilities at Lockheed Martin. Key requirementsPhD degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computational or Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or PhysicsStrong background in Computational Electromagnetics as a developerExperience with MPI and OpenMP parallel programmingProficiency in Modern Fortran, C, and/or C++Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearancestrong communicationresults-oriented teamworkcreative problem-solvingMPIOpenMPModern Fortran
