We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is open to flexible scheduling, including weekends, evenings, and coverage across both store locations when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesLearn about dog and cat nutrition and share your knowledge with customersAssist clients in-store, over the phone, and through online messagingAccurately process sales transactions and handle cash/credit paymentsKeep the store clean, organized, and well-stockedDeliver outstanding customer service with every interactionReceive and stock inventory in both the store and warehouse areasAttend trainings with vendor reps and management to stay current on productsEmployee discounts on veterinary services, pet supplies, and resort servicesRequirementsMust be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekendsMust have a valid driver’s licenseWillingness to work at both Gilbert and Mesa locations as neededStrong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeOne year of customer service experienceAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsPass background checks following local laws and regulationsPrevious experience in premium pet retail preferred but not requiredIf you’re ready to join a supportive team that’s all about pets and people, we’d love to hear from you!
