American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, with flexibility for new graduates and those without prior home health experience.Job Details• Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population,• Monday through Friday schedule with occasional flexibility,• Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts),• Weekly point expectation of 7-8 points,• Charting performed in Perfect Notefield EMR,Job Requirements• Current PT license required if applicable,• Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates will be considered,• Prior home health experience is not required,• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration,• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration,Additional Information• Manager is highly supportive and willing to provide hands-on training, including training on Perfect Notefield,• Open to first-time travelers and new graduates,• Phone interview required,
