Journeyman Electrician

We are currently interviewing candidates to grow our Commercial and Residential divisions within the company. A successful candidate will have their current EL - 01 or 02 General Electrical License (WA State), a strong work ethic, a great attitude and the desire to be part of a growing company that values its team members. Job Responsibilities Diagnose and repair electrical equipment and control systems. Install lighting fixtures, power outlets, and control devices. Run conduit and pull wire for new and existing electrical installations. Conduct preventative maintenance service on electrical equipment, including generators, automatic transfer switches, and UPS systems. Review blueprints, electrical schematics, and electrical equipment specifications. Ability to establish rapport and a bond with all of your customers. Proficient at working autonomously. Be well versed in NEC & WAC electrical codes. Must possess a clean driving record and valid Driver's License Must be competitive self-starter who takes pride in the electrical trade, and contributes to our team Work Environment/Physical Demands: Works occasionally with electrically energized lines when power cannot be disconnected. Works at heights with ladders, boom trucks or on catwalks. Ability to stand, walk, crawl, or bend for extended periods of time. Ability to work at heights on ladders, lifts, and in confined spaces. May require handling or working with toxic and/or hazardous substances. Ability to work overhead for extended periods of time. May require lifting and handling of electrical materials. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician in a similar role Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting technical diagrams Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety protocols Experience in building or renovating residential, commercial, or industrial properties Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
