Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist based in Tea, SD. As a Sales Specialist, you will manage customer inquiries, deliver personalized service, and build lasting client relationships. Daily responsibilities include identifying potential customers, presenting solutions aligned with customer needs, achieving sales targets, and contributing to team growth. Additional responsibilities include participating in training sessions, collaborating with sales leadership, and supporting team goals. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.Proven expertise in Sales, including identifying customer needs and meeting sales targets.Experience in Training, with the ability to onboard and guide new team members to success.Sales Management skills, including setting goals, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to drive growth.Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.Proficiency in relevant sales tools and technologies is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
