General Laborer

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join their team. As a General Laborer, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting various production and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully within the organization. Job Title: General Laborer Location: Rice Lake, WI Pay Range: $20.37 - $23.62  per hour Shift: First shift, 6am - 4pm, Monday - Thursday work week, 3-day weekends What's the Job? Perform decking and wiring tasks Utilize power tools and hand tools to support manufacturing processes Build truck and trailer parts and frames with precision and care Fiberglass applications / Grinding Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols What's Needed? Carpentry skills preferred Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality No prior experience required; training provided What's in it for me?
