The role supports routine maintenance activities, basic repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks.Work Schedule The position is full-time, with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some evening and weekend work may be required, so flexibility is important.Key Responsibilities This role includes a variety of maintenance and handyman duties, including but not limited to the following: Perform repairs and handyman assignments with little to no supervision. Complete all tasks while maintaining a neat and clean work area. Perform maintenance repairs, including paint and minor drywall repairs, minor plumbing, appliance and carpet repairs, minor electrical work, minor HVAC repairs, general labor tasks such as moving and assembling items, minor concrete repairs, pressure washing, parking and building signage repairs, locksmith work, and tenant services. Use proper tools and equipment safely and effectively. Maintain a safe work environment at all times. Take before-and-after photos of completed work using company-provided technology.Key Responsibilities A minimum of three years of applicable experience in general building repair, basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, use ladders up to 30 feet, and demonstrate mechanical and electrical aptitude. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
