We work in both newer and older homes and take pride in quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and professional job site conduct.Job SummaryThe Rebuild Technician is responsible for performing skilled reconstruction and remodeling work on residential properties. This role requires a well-rounded tradesperson capable of completing finish and light trade work to restore homes to pre-loss condition or better.ResponsibilitiesPerform residential remodeling and reconstruction work on new and older homesInstall trim, baseboards, casing, doors, and hardwarePerform cabinetry installation and finish workHang, tape, mud, and finish drywallMatch and apply wall texturesPerform plaster repair and restoration as requiredInstall flooring including LVP, laminate, hardwood, and tilePerform light plumbing work (fixtures, faucets, toilets)Perform light electrical work such as installing light fixtures, switches, and outletsFollow rebuild scopes and plans provided by managementMaintain clean, organized, and safe job sitesCommunicate effectively with project managers and team membersUse proper PPE and follow safety guidelines at all timesEnsure work meets company quality standards and local codes where applicableSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time positionWork performed in occupied and unoccupied residential homesOccasional after-hours or weekend work may be requiredPPE required as necessaryRequirementsQualificationsMinimum 3 years of remodeling or reconstruction experience requiredStrong knowledge of residential construction practicesExperience working in older homes and matching existing finishesAbility to read scopes of work and basic construction plansSkilled in finish carpentry, drywall, and flooring installationExperience with light plumbing and electrical work (fixture installation)Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical laborValid driver's license with clean driving recordStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailProfessional appearance and customer-service mindsetBenefitsPay & BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay based on experience and skill levelOvertime opportunitiesSteady work with year-round projectsOpportunity for advancement within the rebuild departmentCompany tools and equipment provided (as applicable)401 K plan with 3% company matchSupplementary Insurance available
