The Role You are the Analytics Manager responsible for bridging business strategy, customer behavior, experimentation, and measurement. You will architect measurement solutions, lead experimentation initiatives, validate marketing hypotheses, and help clients understand the causal impact of their digital investments. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop scalable analytics frameworks, implement advanced tracking strategies, and evolve how organizations measure success in an AI‑powered world. Role Highlights Partner directly with clients to develop and operationalize GEO measurement strategies across AI‑powered search experiences Support Seer's GEO Test & Learn initiatives by defining hypotheses, establishing testing methodologies, identifying success metrics, and evaluating causal relationships between marketing activities and business outcomes Distinguish correlation from incrementality through thoughtful experimental design and analytical rigor Work cross‑functionally with SEO, Paid Media, Creative, and Data teams to evaluate how AI‑driven customer experiences influence awareness, behaviors, conversions, and loyalty Help clients evolve beyond traditional funnel reporting toward modern measurement frameworks that reflect nonlinear customer journeys Use Claude and other AI tools to generate analytical outputs, then translate those findings into clear, confident narratives for client stakeholders and executive audiences Essential Skills Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Analytics 4 and Adobe Analytics, including implementation, auditing, QA, and strategic measurement planning Experience designing scalable measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes rather than vanity metrics Experience designing and evaluating Test & Learn programs, including hypothesis development, success criteria, incrementality measurement, and causal inference methodologies Eagerness to learn GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) measurement; curiosity and analytical instincts are valued over existing credentials Tag Management System (TMS) strategy & expertise with platforms such as Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ, and Adobe Launch Exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dev Tools, and data layer architecture Comfort working in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses to query, validate, and interpret measurement data Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and analytical findings to non‑technical stakeholders, including executive audiences Advanced analytics implementation expertise involving behavioral tracking, e‑commerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement Comfort discussing incrementality, lift analysis, holdout methodologies, and causal inference concepts Ability to work effectively in AI tools, particularly Claude, to accelerate analysis, structure findings, and produce client‑ready outputs Strong organizational and project management capabilities Genuine curiosity around emerging AI technologies and how they impact discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement Passion for mentoring teammates and elevating analytics capabilities across teams 30/60/90 Day Goals Within 30 Days Develop a strong understanding of Seer's analytics methodologies, client portfolio, and AI/GEO measurement philosophy Begin contributing to implementation audits, QA processes, and measurement strategy engagements Within 60 Days Independently manage analytics workstreams across multiple client engagements Participate in GEO measurement initiatives and experimentation planning sessions Support hypothesis creation, KPI selection, and test design for client optimization programs Within 90 Days Lead measurement strategy conversations with clients Independently support GEO Test & Learn engagements from planning through analysis Help clients interpret experimental outcomes and translate findings into actionable next steps Benefits & Compensation Total compensation for this role is $75,000-95,000. Final offered compensation will be determined by skills and experience. Evaluation of compensation at least once a year.
