The firm operates across federal, municipal, and institutional projects, including long-term, high-profile work in secure and occupied environments.They support major clients such as federal agencies, public authorities, and large institutional organizations, with a strong presence across the DMV.Highlights:Diverse portfolio across federal, public, and commercial sectorsLong-term, high-profile institutional contracts17 years without a lost-time injury + 60+ safety awardsStrong backlog and continued growthJob DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent - Premier Government Projects will be responsible for:Assist in managing daily on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment on site.Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Provide support in resolving project-related issues and conflicts promptly and effectively.Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for stakeholders.Assist in the planning and scheduling of project milestones and resource allocation.Communicate regularly with the Superintendent and Project Manager to provide updates and address any concerns.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
