The Tow Truck Operators that are hired will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating our tow trucks to assist stranded motorists and transport vehicles to designated locations.As a Tow Truck Operator, you will be expected to respond to service calls in a timely manner, assess the situation, and secure vehicles for towing. It is essential that you have excellent customer service skills, as you will be interacting with customers in stressful situations. The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle a variety of towing scenarios is crucial for success in this role.The ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Previous experience as a Tow Truck Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals who demonstrate the necessary skills and qualities we are looking for.Qualifications:A clean driving record and must be at least 25 years oldNo experience necessary as we have an amazing training programAbility to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environmentExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work flexible hours - scheduling is negotiableAccountable, honest, and a go-getter attitudeAttention to detail and a commitment to safety are key aspects of this position.
