WES embodies a team environment, where communication, knowledge, and initiative merge to produce quality services and products for our clientele.Engineer in Training (EIT) Position ExpectationsWES is seeking a motivated Civil Design Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with at least one (1) Year relevant experience in Site Development, Land Development, and/or Transportational Public Infrastructure. Candidates should be familiar with developing deliverables involving roadways, grading, drainage, erosion control, and/or wet utilities. AutoCAD - Civil3D proficiency is required for this role. On-the-job training & resources are available to refine drafting & design skills. The position will primarily involve the production of Civil Plan Sets for Commercial Site Development and Public Roadway Projects. Cross-training opportunities, if desired, to learn in depth Land Surveying Drafting will be available.
