Job Description
:Position Overview:We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Mental Health Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis up to 25 sessions a week. This is a hybrid position delivering services in person and through telehealth. The ideal candidate will have a background in working with children and adolescents, and has some training in trauma informed care.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents using evidence-based approachesConduct both in-person and telehealth therapy sessions in a professional and engaging mannerDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with caregivers, families, and other professionals as appropriateUphold ethical and legal standards of practiceQualifications:Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health fieldCurrent licensure (or working toward licensure) in the applicable stateTraining and/or experience in play therapy requiredExperience working with children and adolescentsDemonstrated experience working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum DisorderStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a flexible scheduleComfort and proficiency with telehealth platformsPreferred Qualifications:Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or working toward certificationExperience collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teamsKnowledge of additional therapeutic modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)Schedule & Compensation:Flexible part-time hoursCombination of in-person and telehealth sessionsCompensation based on experience and credentialsWhat We Offer:Flexible schedulingSupportive and collaborative work environmentOpportunity to work with a diverse and rewarding client populationAdministrative support (if applicable)Benefits: Professional development assistance Education: Master's (required) Work Location: In person
