Full-Time | Direct Hire Opportunity Schedule Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:00pm Friday: 7:30am - 12:00pm Requirements Background check required Drug screen required Steel toe boots required About the Opportunity Established manufacturing company in the Villa Rica / Douglasville area is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support production operations, ERP data entry, BOM management, and routing documentation. This is a direct hire opportunity with a stable and growing manufacturing company. The position works closely with engineering, production, inventory, and planning teams to ensure manufacturing documentation and production data are entered accurately and efficiently to support daily operations. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, ERP, or production support experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Enter Bills of Materials (BOMs) into the ERP system accurately and efficiently Verify part numbers, drawings, and production documentation for accuracy Print production documentation and part drawings for routing and work order creation Support manufacturing and production planning operations Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy initiatives Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Planning, and Inventory teams Maintain organized ERP records and manufacturing documentation Help ensure production schedules and deadlines are met Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, production, inventory, or administrative experience preferred ERP system experience strongly preferred Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Team-oriented with strong communication skills Preferred Experience Manufacturing or production support experience BOM, routing, inventory, or production documentation experience Experience with ERP systems Understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow Lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus Physical Requirements Standing and walking throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed CHASE provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, status as disabled veteran, marital status or any other legally- protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws.
