Role Description This is a full-time Mechanical Engineer role with a hybrid work arrangement. The position is based in Huntington Beach, CA, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems and machines, using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools, conducting research, and managing projects from concept to completion. The role also includes performing analysis and contributing to the research and development of innovative solutions to meet client specifications and industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles and techniquesExperience in Machine Design and using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) softwareStrong Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, and executionKnowledge and experience in Research and Development (R&D) processesStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldPrior experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is a plus
