If you're looking for a place where your skills make a difference and you can build a rewarding career, Bauer Built offers the opportunity to grow alongside a company that's built to last.What You'll Do:Perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers and commercial equipment.Perform high quality work in the following areas:SuspensionBrakesSteeringWheel endsAlignmentsWheel SealsWiringKingpinsMaintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols in the shop and on the job site.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.Increase repeat business by gaining the trust and confidence of customers through high quality, timely work and by honoring customer commitments.What You Bring:Relatively clean driving record (specifically within the past three years)Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and diagnostic tools.Proven experience as a heavy-duty mechanic or related field.Strong work ethic, who is willing to go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:Competitive salary.401K Plan (100% company match up to 7%)Weekly Pay
