This role offers ownership of the lathe area, allowing you to program, set up, and run CNC turning centers with a high level of independence and pride in craftsmanship. *Key Responsibilities:* •Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes using technical drawings and CAD files. * Inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. * Troubleshoot programming or setup issues to ensure accurate output. * Perform routine maintenance on machines. * Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maximize efficiency. * Select appropriate tooling for a variety of materials including steel, iron, aluminum, and plastics. * Order raw materials as needed. * Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. *Qualifications:* * 3+ years of CNC programming and lathe setup experience (Turning centers preferred). * Experience with Mazak and/or Fanuc-controlled lathes.• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and edit G & M code. * Familiarity with ISO standards and machining materials. * Own basic machinist hand tools and precision measuring instruments. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Associate’s degree in machining or related field is a plus, but not required. *Ready to Join the Team?* *Contact:* Andy De Bruin 920-740-1254 adebruin@bh-pattern.com *B & H Pattern, Inc.* 3240 W.
