Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator who will ensure the quality and compliance of peer review case reports. Key Responsibilities Perform quality assurance reviews of peer review reports and ensure compliance with client specifications Verify that recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that reports meet professional standards Assist in resolving client complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of two years clinical or related field experience Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications, and laboratory values Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and operate general office equipment Familiarity with software programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
