Python API/Java Developer

Required Skills: Experience of Fixed Income or Capital Market project/domain experience is plus/preferred. 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Python, FAST, Flask API and API Integration experience building enterprise level applications and integration with Java and DB 7+ years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservice Hands on experience with PostgreSQL/Db2 or NoSQL MongoDB or Snowflake including complex SQL, Stored Proc development and performance tuning. AI SDLC - Spec Driven Design AI development experience, Design/development reimagine workflows using Agentic orchestration. Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation. Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels

Desired skills: Good understanding of Fixed Income, Equity or Capital Market experience working with business users. Experience with front end technology - Angular or React. Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development, AI proficiency, Agentic orchestration of business process. The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $33.29/hour - $52.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
