Responsibilities:Organize and maintain inventory of raw materials and finished coating productsAssist with material requests to ensure uninterrupted productionFollow written formulas and work instructions with strict accuracyComplete batch records documenting all mixing activityLift, weigh, and measure powders and liquids to produce solvent-based adhesives and coatingsMaintain the cleanliness of mixers, pumps, dispensers, scales, lines, and mixing areasSupport coater operation and equipment cleaning as neededMonitor equipment controls, safety guards, and stops; report issues immediatelyNotify engineering or supervision of any process or equipment concernsUtilize the MRP system to access instructions and record production data, scrap, and run timeComplete additional duties as assigned You take initiative. Here's what we're looking for.Minimum age of 18 and ability to pass pre-employment reading and ruler assessmentsMechanical aptitude and at least 6 months of experience with lamination, coating, press, or similar machineryPrior experience mixing adhesives, inks, or coatings requiredAbility to accurately measure to 1/16 of an inch using a ruler or tape measureStrong math skills involving whole numbers, fractions, and decimalsPhysically capable of lifting up to 65 poundsAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, squat, kneel, and lift throughout the entire shiftAbility to tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors Why This Opportunity?
