Program Manager - Entry Level

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Manage, design, develop, and present programs to support an early IT educational ecosystem.• Assess program needs and make recommendations for improvement.• Act as a liaison between internal departments, external partners, and community organizations.• Coordinate with faculty and staff to support program development and implementation.• Assist with managing relationships with academic and industry partners.• Support the organization of events, workshops, and marketing strategies for program recruitment.What You'll Need• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience.• Three (3) years of relevant experience in program management or a related field.• Experience working with school districts or implementing new educational programs is preferred.• Strong understanding of administrative functions in an educational or organizational setting.• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary of $50,000 - $55,000.• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision coverage.• Opportunities for professional development and mentorship.• Generous time-off policies and retirement plan options.Apply via Haystack today!
